WestRock Paper Recycling Plant Mural Project

WestRock Paper Recycling Plant Mural Project

I have received a $25K John S. and James L. Knight Arts Foundation grant to create a mural on the east wall of the WestRock paper recycling plant, along Vandalia Avenue near the highway entrance at Cretin/Vandalia and Hwy 94. This mural site is approximately 18ft. high and 220ft. long, and will serve as a landmark to welcome visitors into the creative neighborhood where I live and work.

I need to raise matching funds of $25K to begin work on this mural project. I’m reaching out to local businesses and patrons of my work to help me achieve my goal and create one of my largest murals to date. If you or your business would be interested in becoming a patron of this landmark mural please contact me and we can work out the details.

With a donation of $500 I will give you a print or small piece of art as a thank you, at $1,000 I will give you a small framed painting, at $2,000 or more I will create an icon for your business or create a character that represents you or a loved one, which will be included in the mural design.
(The size and number of characters are limited)

All mural patrons will be listed and thanked in future documentation of the project.
